A partisan initiative with a horizontal structure that focused on railway diversions. It was strictly opposed to violence and emphasized anonymity. It previously operated a website with simple instructions on how to safely carry out railway diversions. The initiative managed to recruit many Russian Railways employees for its project of sabotaging military shipments by rail. Its activities were most likely terminated by FSB intervention, and the baton was taken up by partisans from the Black Bridge movement.
