A partisan initiative that claimed responsibility for the deaths of Darya Dugina and Vladlen Tatarsky. According to his own words, the group chose Ilya Ponomarev and his media outlets, February Morning and Rospartizan, as its spokesperson. Aside from one anonymized interview in the Kyiv Post, there is no further evidence of this organization's existence or activities.
