HISTORICAL WINDOW

I have always been interested in history, which is why I studied archaeology. Later, I studied geomatics and began working as a programmer. I also spent seven years (2019–2023) in the Dominican Order. When the Russian army attacked Ukraine, I began to follow (and translate) not only news from the front but also reports from Dominicans in Ukraine, and occasionally directly from Russia. I also started learning Ukrainian, primarily through Ukrainian YouTube channels dedicated to history. After leaving the order, I combined my knowledge of Ukrainian, translation, and interest in history with my favorite website about the Russian resistance, which led to the creation of the “historical window.”
