A WOMAN IN THE RANKS OF THE LEGION

In May of this year, I crossed the Ukrainian border to join the “Freedom of Russia” Legion. It turned out that I am the first woman in the Legion. In March of this year, Kadyrovites shot my husband, a sergeant of the 706th Division. He refused to lead his unit into an attack; he wanted to go out alone and save his men. I am here to avenge the death of my husband and all those men who will never return home because of Putin.

Addressing the Russian soldiers, I want to say this:

Men, Putin has already lost this war and you know it well. It is impossible to win a war against the entire world. We must stop the war together and bring true freedom to Russia. They are waiting for you at home, and it is necessary for you to return as victors. But a victor is one who fights for the truth. And the truth is on the side of a free Russia and the entire world. Putin’s regime must be overthrown. We have endured the tyrant for long enough.
