We very rarely resort to the shelling of moving trains. This time, we took this extreme measure to disrupt supplies to one of the largest power plants in central Russia—Konakovskaya GRES.
On July 18, we blew up a railway line in the Reshetnikovo area of the Moscow region. No one was injured, but rail traffic had to be suspended.
Both the rolling stock and the railway track will have to be replaced; we have disrupted the cargo delivery schedule.
Most of all, besides the FSB, which is duty-bound to respond in such cases, those at Lukoil—which indirectly owns Konakovskaya GRES—became nervous. They are even promising a reward to operatives for capturing the perpetrators.
They have been turning the whole country upside down for three months now)))
