A KPD fighter started a fire on the grounds of an oil depot in Ust-Labinsk.

The partisan ignited the central electrical switchboard, which provided power to the distribution pumps, filling systems, and the facility’s tank farm.

Comprehensive damage

⚡️Disabling the switchboard caused a critical automation failure and a cascading short circuit, which escalated into a large-scale technological fire within the oil depot itself. The fire engulfed pumping stations and distribution hubs for filling fuels and lubricants. The facility is paralyzed and out of operation.

⚡️Schedules for filling and dispatching fuel tankers, which provided operational fuel supplies to Southern Military District units operating in the southern operational direction, were disrupted.

The action was carried out directly inside the guarded perimeter of the strategic facility. The KPD operative successfully bypassed departmental security posts and surveillance cameras, completed the task, and left the operation area without losses.

Official structures of the Southern Military District and the Ministry of Emergency Situations are trying to misinform the public and have become entangled in their own lies. In their reports, they mention “ignition of construction waste” one moment, and a fire during the dismantling of old structures the next. However, construction waste does not just burst into flames at high-security oil depots, and dismantling structures does not usually lead to “ignitions.”

Officials can lie about “burning waste” as long as they want, but the tankers are standing still and not moving an inch.
