An international platform bringing together representatives of national, regional, and civic movements striving for the decolonization of the Russian Federation and the exercise of the right of its peoples to self-determination. It creates a space for cooperation among exiled politicians, activists, experts, and representatives of individual national movements, serving as a forum for discussion on the potential organization of the space following the end of the current regime in Russia.
