Summary of partisan actions for September 2025 from the newly formed initiative Resistance Attack.
September 2025 saw a record number of direct actions against the Putin regime. The “Activation” team recorded 24 confirmed operations—the highest since the beginning of the year.
Resistance actions took place from the Pskov and Leningrad regions to the Khabarovsk and Primorsky territories.
🔻 Partisans destroyed four cell towers:
- two in the Tula region—near the 51st Airborne Regiment and near a military plant;
- one near military unit 96137-2 in the Novosibirsk region;
- another near military unit No. 43003 in Izhevsk.
🔻 Several explosions shook the area around the village of Shchitovaya (Primorsky Krai), home to the 47th Separate Air Assault Battalion of the 155th Guards Marine Brigade—the one that fought in the battles of Kyiv and Mariupol. In Khabarovsk, unknown attackers carried out an operation against military unit No. 6912.
🔻 The main Kuybyshev-Lisichansk oil pipeline was blown up in the Krasnoarmeysky district of the Saratov region.
🔻 Relay cabinets were set on fire in Rostov-on-Don, Ufa, Karachay-Cherkessia, the Sverdlovsk region, and Mordovia. Additionally, a relay cabinet was torched on the line to the Kasimovskaya oil depot in the Ryazan region.
🔻 In the Orel region, on the Maloarkhangelsk-Glazunovka section, an explosion rocked the tracks, killing three National Guard officers. The railway line leading to the Smolensk Aviation Plant was blown up. Another explosion occurred on the tracks in the Pskov region, near the Plyussa station.
🔻 In the Leningrad region, two diesel locomotives hauling tank cars derailed on the same day:
- one in the Stroganovo-Mshinskaya section (Luga district);
- the other in the Gatchina district.
