Partisans from the Kuban Partisan Movement (KPD) have also submitted a request for their representative to participate in the Platform for Dialogue with Russian democratic forces, which convened for the first time today. They had previously addressed a letter to the UN. What is the chance that the West will also hear the voices of those fighting inside Russia?
Among the current representatives of democratically minded Russians and citizens from regions and republics living under the yoke of the Russian Federation in PACE, partisans and Russian volunteers fighting on the side of Ukraine can likely rely on Garry Kasparov, Mark Feygin, and Andrey Volna, based on public statements to date. The level of support for the Russian resistance among other representatives remains unclear.
Let us hope that the delegates of the platform of resistance against Russian imperial aggression (which would be a more fitting name and would include representatives of regional and national movements) will also seek ways to break through the fog of propaganda that denies the very existence of volunteer legions and internal Russian resistance—a narrative repeated by much of the Western world.
Kuban Partisan Movement
Кубанское партизанское движение
A partisan initiative from Kuban fighting against the Putin regime. It has a number of successful operations to its credit, whether independently or in cooperation with other groups.

Re: Representative of the Kuban Partisan Movement on the Russian Democratic Platform in PACE
Dear Sirs/Madams,
We consider the presence of our representative in PACE to be essential. We have opposed Putin’s criminal regime since the very beginning of the war. Our peaceful organization adheres to democratic principles. We consider Kuban to be a free PARLIAMENTARY REPUBLIC. Although we are based in Kuban, like-minded people cooperate with us even beyond the borders of the Russian Federation. The representative of our resistance movement is ready to prove that the struggle inside Russia is still ongoing and that people are defending freedom and democracy at the cost of their lives and at incredible risk.
Respectfully,
Kuban Partisan Movement
Platform in PACE
YUZHAK | founder of the movement:
Kuban has been taken over by a KGB criminal group. This fascist gang is led by old, deranged Chekists. The result of their actions is fratricidal war, economic collapse, looting, and the impoverishment of citizens. Millions dead and wounded. Isolation and degradation for decades. Shame.
The cannibalistic regime devours the lives of the young and humiliates the old with poverty. Propaganda has normalized murder; teachers in schools teach how to die, not how to live. To them, Akunin is a terrorist, and the Taliban is an ally. People are being quietly and despicably stripped of their last remaining rights.
What the authorities are doing can be called a civil war, given that they are systematically destroying their own citizens. The old fascist security officers in Kuban have their own gauleiter, their own executioner—the police and the National Guard. Judges, soldiers, officials. All of them are a gathering of criminals, murderers, and thieves. Each of them will be held accountable based on the severity of the crimes they commit.
Right now, these monsters are happily living off the future of our children and grandchildren.
This regime can only be changed by force; there is no other way. Sooner or later, everyone will have to decide: are you for the regime and therefore an enemy? Are you for freedom and therefore an ally?
Before us is a struggle, a struggle for freedom and the future of entire generations.

In conclusion, once more YUZHAK:
What message do you want to send to people in the West?
We want people in the West to know that the struggle is ongoing, that not everyone is silent.
SUPPORT OUR WORK
We make the Russian resistance movement visible.
The EIGHT BRAVE project maps and visualizes the activities and connections of the Russian resistance movement. Let’s push this topic into public debate. Let’s thumb our noses at the Russian regime and our own prejudices. If we talk and write about them—and if there are many of us—Russian propaganda will have a harder time. And that is already something. Every bit counts.
